About us

We are Colette and Nathan, the founders of Made Wild, a small artisan clothing business based in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.

Living in Hawkes Bay, it’s easy to be inspired by our amazing environment. We’ve translated those inspirations into a collection of t-shirts that celebrates New Zealand’s unique landscapes and wildlife.

We are passionate about our wild places. Our t-shirts are designed for people who enjoy spending time out in nature, whether it’s exploring in the mountains or wandering a trail with their wild little ones.

We love what we do and proudly handcraft each item ourselves. We draw our own designs before transferring them onto silk screens and screen print them by hand onto our t-shirts in our home workshop. Our in-house approach allows us to print small runs, enabling us to bring you fresh designs regularly and new mixes of colours and styles.

We are very conscious of our impact on our environment and strive to use eco-friendly products and practices where ever we can, from the inks we use through to our packaging. You can find out more on our About Our Products page.
